Since 2016 we have been offering our 100m² holiday apartment in the beautiful side valley of the Moselle to our guests from all over the world. We welcome all guests, whether traveling alone, couples, families or friends.?

Our 100m² basement holiday apartment is tastefully furnished and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is centrally located in a beautiful side valley of the Moselle (located on the L82).
The cozy bedrooms can accommodate up to four people, while the spacious living room with a comfortable couch and a TV invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals and has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. You can also enjoy your meals on the terrace.

House information
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
On the day of arrival, our apartment is ready for occupancy from around 4 p.m. Please let us know a few days before arrival when you will be arriving. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to check out by 10 a.m. at the latest.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are only valid in writing. Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel the completed booking FREE of charge up to 60 days before arrival,
if canceled 30-59 days before arrival, 30% of the booking costs are due,
if canceled 29-1 day(s) before arrival, 90% of the booking costs are due.
In the event of late arrival or early departure of booked stays, the entire booked service period will be charged.
BOOKING NOTE:
The holiday apartment is booked for the number of people you have specified, additional people are only possible with a written agreement and will be charged at a surcharge.
PAYMENT:
Only cash payment or bank transfer (before arrival) possible. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards or EC cards !!
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Are you already looking forward to your vacation? But a lot can happen before you arrive and during your vacation! You have the option of taking out cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
